Description: Char Majhardiar of Paba Upazila is a remote char area that
rises across the Padma River in Rajshahi. Many people live here in the midst
of broken buildings. Electricity, fresh water and summer irrigation water
are major problems of the people of this region. However, the problem of
water in that char area has now been solved due to getting water from Patkua
through solar panels.
